WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Guidelines document on what to request for your lab testing*.
Analysis and review of the results once completed.
1 x 60min video consultation with Dr. Ed Maunder.
The option to submit any questions and supplementary documents (e.g. lab analysis, training data etc...) to Dr. Ed Maunder at least 72hrs in advance of your consult to ensure that the time in the consult is used efficiently to cover off as many of your questions.
Any resources that are referenced in the video call will be made available via email.

Cancellation and Refunds

We know life can throw curveballs, so we completely understand appointments may need to change. You can read more about it in our T&Cs, but in short:

Rescheduling available at least 24hrs in advance of consult.
Cancellations (where rescheduling is not requested) permitted at least 48hrs in advance of consult with full refund. Thereafter, 50% refund applies as preparation by our Consultant would have begun.

2. Please check your inbox (junk/spam) for an email confirming next steps in preparation for your consult. This email will also contain the booking page if you would like to book in your consult at a later date.
