• You will be compared with elite/age group/Olympic swimmers to highlight correct technique and to help visualise what efficient technique should look like. 
• In one 60min consultation, Merle will go through a set of specific stroke correction drills that will help you to improve your stroke efficiency according to the analysis. 
• A take home training plan to ensure you maximize your application of your new strokes going forward. 
•  All the recorded material will be sent to you via WeTransfer for you to download and keep 

• 100% refund available if you follow the required steps for analysis but are not satisfied with the analysis recommendations. 
• 100% refund available if you sustain an injury that would prevent you from completing the video capture for analysis at a future date.

What to expect once you’ve placed your order: 

1. Please check your inbox (junk/spam) for an email confirming next steps, which include:

• A brief questionnaire 
• Introduction to Merle Maud to briefly discuss the analysis and any questionnaire responses. 
• Details of how to record your swimming technique. Please note, you will need access to a filming device (underwater camera + camera stick/pole) that can be submerged underwater for specific angles, a friend to help film your technique, and a 25m or 50m swimming pool. 

2. Once you have completed and uploaded your videos, these will be reviewed for analysis by Merle within 5 business days. 

3. Book your online video consult with Merle to discuss the analysis findings.

4. Receive a summary document from your analysis, including a take home training plan to ensure you maximise your application of your new strokes going forward and read to put them in action!
